We specialize in therapeutic bodywork to restore muscle balance, function and movement. We also provide exercise/training recovery as well as pain & injury management and address acute or chronic issues. In addition, we teach self-care techniques by utilizing re-patterning exercises and methods for proper postural alignment and ergonomic function for work, home and lifestyle activities. Incorporating compassion along with physical therapy oriented techniques and client specific treatment plans, based on full body assessments and carefully listening and hearing each person's needs, I integrate multiple modalities such as (but not limited to):
Deep Tissue, Trigger Point, Structural Bodywork, Myofascial Release, Injury, Neuromuscular, Sports, Stretching and Cranial Sacral.
